Frank Krieger is also the primary attorney at Florida Immigration Law Center. This places him in a unique position to assist his immigration clients with any questions they have about opening or operating a business in the U.S.
The Law Offices of Frank Krieger provides litigation management and virtual general counsel services. The firm strives to take a proactive approach to representation in order to reduce the client’s risk of liability and overall legal costs. Frank's years as a corporate general counsel have provided him with the ability to bridge the gap between the legal concerns and the practical business concerns of the client. This results in the client being better able to achieve their goals in an appropriate legal framework.
Our practice is focused on providing comprehensive counseling to businesses on day-to-day legal matters. We provide representation to businesses in a broad array of areas including corporate structure and formation, employment matters, business immigration, intellectual property protection, including intellectual property audits, the drafting and negotiation of contracts, and sale and acquisition transactions.
